Karleigh Deeds has been working as a consultant since graduating from Boise State University in 2005. She has a wide range of talents with a specific focus on compensation strategy and design, leadership development and survey administration and interpretation.

Karleigh was a magazine editor for nine different local magazines for several years. Her experience as an editor gave her a unique perspective on how to inspire, lead and motivate others – especially through the use of language.

In her capacity with Thompson Consulting Group, she provides compensation design and analysis, crafts leadership assessments, conducts trainings, and administers surveys. She also does employee investigations, HR support, and handbook reviews to several businesses, in a variety of industries, across the western United States.

A note from Karleigh: When I’m not playing around in the kitchen or practicing Buti yoga, I can be found hanging out with my family—husband, Michael (yeah, that guy), teenage sons Colton and Nicholas, our cat Leo and the newest addition to the Deeds family, our golden retriever, Booker. I enjoy a good glass of wine and insightful discussions about college football. I’m a fan of most sports, totally love camping and doing puzzles. I don’t miss a day of Wordle and I enjoy the challenge of Spelling Bee.
