Tom Kelley, SPHR

Vice President—Pacific Region

Tom Kelley has over 35 years of experience in human resources, including serving as National Chair of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). As the Senior Vice President of HR Consulting and Client Services for a leading consulting and benefits administration firm, Tom helped clients all over the Northwest with recruitment and staffing, employee relations, health care cost containment, employee communications, and performance management and productivity issues.

Tom holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a graduate degree in banking from Pacific Coast Banking School. His experience also includes executive positions in human resources in the financial services industry where he served as director of human resources for a $5.5 billion savings and loan and a $2 billion insurance company.

When Tom is not working, you can find him in downtown Portland enjoying excellent food and wine, or chasing around his fantastic grandchildren.
