Executive Coaching Process
Assess
- Initial one-on-one meeting/interview with TCG consultant
- Conduct personality/leadership assessments (i.e. MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, etc.)
- Conduct co-worker interviews/360 Review Survey
Feedback
- Provide 1:1 feedback of assessment results
- Create written Leadership Action Plan to address areas for improvement, complete with short and long-term goals and metrics
Training & Development
- Participate in 1:1 coaching
- Attend training workshops or academic coursework
- Complete reading assignments
Follow-up
- Re-assess in approximately 6 months
- Adjust Leadership Development Plan, as necessary (based on follow-up survey data)
