Assess

  • Initial one-on-one meeting/interview with TCG consultant
  • Conduct personality/leadership assessments (i.e. MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, etc.)
  • Conduct co-worker interviews/360 Review Survey

Feedback

  • Provide 1:1 feedback of assessment results
  • Create written Leadership Action Plan to address areas for improvement, complete with short and long-term goals and metrics

Training & Development

  • Participate in 1:1 coaching
  • Attend training workshops or academic coursework
  • Complete reading assignments

Follow-up

  • Re-assess in approximately 6 months
  • Adjust Leadership Development Plan, as necessary (based on follow-up survey data)
